PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which enables efficient and accurate diagnosis.SOLUTION: A generating section 12 generates a plurality of tomographic images from a plurality of images collected by tomosynthesis imaging. A projection image generating section 14 generates a projection image from a plurality of the tomographic images. An area setting section 11 sets an area of concern to the projection image based on inputs from an operating section 9.
