PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not a testee is under a careless state.SOLUTION: A breathing information calculation unit 10 repeatedly calculates the breathing period and the breathing depth of a testee from the breathing state of the testee which periodically changes. A determination information calculation unit 11 respectively calculates a periodic stable index value and a depth stable index value from the breathing period and the breathing depth calculated by the breathing information calculation unit 10.
