PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of guiding a user so that he or she can perform respiration capable of suppressing activities of a sympathetic nerve.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a reception part mounted on the head of a user for receiving a detection value detected by a head-mounted device for detecting a blood flow rate in the head an extraction part for extracting a component indicating a temporal change in the blood flow rate from the detection value a calculation part for calculating a temporal change in a carbon dioxide concentration of the blood in the head, and a cycle and a depth of the users respiration based on the extracted component indicating a temporal change in the blood flow rate a specification part for specifying a cycle and a depth of the users respiration in a time zone when the carbon dioxide concentration of the blood in the head becomes substantially constant based on the calculated temporal change in the carbon dioxide concentration of the blood in the head, and the calculated cycle and depth of the users respiration and an output part for outputting information for guiding the users respiration so that the cycle and the depth of the users respiration become the specified cycle and depth of the respiration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】交感神経の活動を抑えることができる呼吸を行えるよう利用者を誘導することができる情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】利用者の頭部に装着され、頭部の血流量を検出する頭部装着装置によって検出された検出値を受信する受信部と、検出値から、血流量の時間変化を示す成分を抽出する抽出部と、抽出した血流量の時間変化を示す成分に基づいて、頭部の血中の二酸化炭素濃度の時間変化と利用者の呼吸の周期および深さとを算出する算出部と、算出した頭部の血中の二酸化炭素濃度の時間変化と利用者の呼吸の周期および深さとに基づいて、頭部の血中の二酸化炭素濃度が略一定となる時間帯における利用者の呼吸の周期および深さを特定する特定部と、利用者の呼吸の周期および深さが特定した呼吸の周期および深さとなるように利用者の呼吸を誘導する情報を出力する出力部とを備える情報処理装置を提供する。【選択図】図1
