The invention relates to microcapsules intended to protect probiotics, comprising a shell and a core wherein the probiotics are dispersed in the form of biofilms distributed in distinct clusters, characterised in that the shell and the core are composed of pectin. The invention also relates to the method for manufacturing the capsules, the use thereof, and a formulation comprising the microcapsules according to the invention.L'invention concerne des microcapsules destinées à protéger des probiotiques, comprenant une enveloppe et un cœur dans lequel sont dispersés lesdits probiotiques sous forme de biofilms répartis en amas distincts, caractérisées en ce que ladite enveloppe et ledit cœur sont composés de pectine. L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication desdites capsules, ses utilisations, ainsi qu'une formulation comprenant les microcapsules selon l'invention.
