PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic therapeutic device which is applied to a human body, in which a great improvement in blood flow is obtained, and the blood flow velocity is difficult to return to its original value even if output is stopped. SOLUTION: A magnetic field generated between an electromagnet and an electromagnet formed in an integrated electromagnetic core body provided in a housing is alternately switched between a first frequency 100 to 150 Hz and a second frequency 200 to 350 Hz. And Further, the switching time of the frequency of the magnetic field output to the electromagnet coil can be switched to occur for 2 to 30 seconds.
