PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an AC current having a specific frequency capable of generating the same effect as that of an alternating magnetic field having a frequency different from the specific frequency.SOLUTION: A power feeder 12 supplies power while alternately switching between output and output stop at a second frequency smaller than a first frequency. The second frequency can be changed, and an output period in one cycle of switching between the output and the output stop at the second frequency can be also changed.
