The present invention relates to a method for cultivating apples using a sea buckthorn fruit extract. More specifically, sea buckthorn fruits are crushed through a mixer or a compressor in order to be filtered through a sieve and through non-woven fabric so that a sea buckthorn fruit extract is produced. The sea buckthorn fruit extract is mixed with sugar at 1:1 based on weight in order to be fermented at room temperature for six or more months, and the needed quantity of the fermented sea buckthorn fruit extract is mixed with water and vegetable surfactants so that a foliage fertilizer can be produced. The foliage fertilizer is sprayed on apple trees, and apples can be cultivated. The foliage fertilizer is produced by mixing 20-90 cc, preferably 30 cc of the fermented sea buckthorn fruit extract with 10 liters of water in order to be further mixed with 3-15 cc, and preferably 5 cc of vegetable surfactant coco-betaine and with 10-60 g, and preferably 20 g of water-soluble zinc. The foliage fertilizer is sprayed ten times from June to October (twice a month). The one-time sprayed amount of the foliage fertilizer is 100 L per 1,000 m^2 of an apple cultivating area.본 발명은 비타민나무 열매 추출물을 이용한 사과의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비타민나무 열매를 믹서기 또는 압착기로 으깬 후, 체로 걸러 부직포로 여과하여 비타민나무 열매 추출물을 추출하고, 추출된 비타민나무 열매 추출물을 설탕과 무게대비 1대1로 혼합하여 상온에서 6개월 이상 발효시키고, 상기 발효된 비타민나무 열매 추출물을 필요한 만큼씩 물과 식물성 계면활성제를 혼합하여 엽면비료를 제조하여 상기 엽면비료를 사과나무에 살포하여 사과를 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 엽면비료는 발효된 비타민나무 추출물 20cc ~ 90cc, 바람직하게는 30cc를 물 10리터에 혼합한 후, 식물성 계면활성제 코코베타인 3cc ~ 15cc, 바람직하게는 5cc와 수용성 아연 10g ~ 60g, 바람직하게는 20g을 혼합하여 이루어지고, 상기 엽면비료 살포는 엽면비료를 6월부터 10월까지 월 2회씩 총 10회에 걸쳐 살포하며, 엽면비료 살포량은 1회 살포시 사과재배 단지의 1,000㎡ 당 엽면비료 100L를 살포하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
