PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester, in which the driving speed of a feed chain can be changed independently with respect to the driving speed of a mower and thereby the transfer state of the mowed grain culm from the mower to the feed chain may be smoothly maintained to enhance the efficiency of the threshing operation.SOLUTION: The combine harvester comprises: a travel unit (2) disposed in a lower portion of a machine body frame (1) having an engine (62) mounted thereon a thresher (3) disposed in the upper portion of the machine body frame (1) and having a feed chain (12B) and a mower (4) disposed on the front side of the body frame (1) for mowing the grain culm in a farm field and transferring the grain culm to a feed chain (12B).
