PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a case of a large yield rice, rotation speeds of a reaping device and a feed chain are conventionally increased with a layer thickness of a normal conveyed grain culm amount as a reference and thereby a load is increased to generate clogging.SOLUTION: The combine is configured as follows. A start end of a feed chain 16 of a grain culm feed conveyance device 15 for feeding and conveying grain culms to a threshing chamber 11 of a threshing device 3 faces a terminal end of a conveyance device 20 for conveying grain culms reaped by a reaping device 4. The reaping device 4 is stepless speed variable with a reaping stepless speed variator 22. When a detection value of a grain culm sensor 21 is less than a predetermined value, the reaping stepless speed variator 22 and a chain stepless speed variator 23 change speeds according to the detection value of a grain culm sensor 21.
