Described herein are compounds and compositions for the treatment of glaucoma and / or for reducing intraocular pressure. The composition can comprise an isoquinoline compound and a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog. The compounds described herein include compounds in which an isoquinoline compound is covalently bound to a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog, and compounds in which the isoquinoline compound and the prostaglandin free acid together form a salt.
