PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound and a composition for treating glaucoma and/or lowering intraocular pressure. A composition that can include an isoquinoline compound and a prostaglandin or a prostaglandin analog. Also included are compounds in which the isoquinoline compound is covalently bonded to prostaglandins or prostaglandin analogs, and compounds in which the isoquinoline compound and the prostaglandin free acid form a salt together.
