Disclosed herein is an oral dosage formulation that contains both immediate-release and sustained release drugs for treating neurodegenerative disorders. The immediate-release drug in the oral dosage formulation is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (AChEI) with a dissolution rate of releasing more than 80% of the AChEI within 60 minutes and the sustained-release drug is memantine with a dissolution rate of releasing more than 80% of memantine within 12 hours.在此揭示一種包含立即釋出部分與長效釋出部分兩種藥物的口服劑量配方。該口服劑量配方中之立即釋出部分包含乙醯膽鹼酯酶抑制劑(AChEI),且立即釋出部分之溶離速率為60分鐘內可釋出80%以上的AChEI;長效釋出部分包含1-胺基環己烷且其溶離速率為可於12小時內釋出80%以上之1-胺基環己烷。
