PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-function surgical device allowing an opening/closing operation, a tilt operation and an unlimited bidirectional rolling operation of a tip end operation part, having a simple structure, and being excellent in functionality and operability.SOLUTION: A high-function surgical device includes: a small-diameter insertion part with a multi-pipe structure having a surgical treatment part a rollable and tiltable tip end operation part connected to the small-diameter insertion part via a joint part and an operation part having an opening/closing drive mechanism of the surgical treatment part, a rolling drive mechanism of the tip end operation part, a tilt drive mechanism, and a small-diameter insertion part rotation temporary holding mechanism.
