To provide a microcapsule and a manufacturing method of a microcapsule-containing composition capable of including fragrance material which has a CLogP value of 1.5 to 2.5.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a microcapsule including fragrance material which has a CLogP value of 1.5 to 2.0 as core material includes a process (a) of preparing an oil phase which contains fragment material, a hydrophobic compound and polyisocyanate, a process (b) of preparing a water phase which contains an emulsifier, a process (c) of adding the oil phase to the water phase and performing agitation to cause emulsification and a process (d) of heating and agitating emulsion provided on the process (d) (c) to form microcapsule.
