PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a micro capsule including a flavor with CLogP value of 1.5 or less, and a manufacturing method of a micro capsule-containing composition.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a micro capsule containing a flavor with CLogP value of 1.5 or less, and a manufacturing method of a micro capsule-containing composition, which have (a) process to (d) process.
