The present invention relates to a porous vertebral interbody cage inserted between vertebral bodies, and to a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically to a vertebral interbody fusion cage including a solid part, a porous part, and a connecting part connected with a surgical instrument, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention has a purpose of providing vertebral interbody fusion prostheses which can form a uniform porous structure, and a method for manufacturing the same.
