PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable cultivation apparatus, a vegetable cultivation method, and a vegetable cultivation rack in which leafy vegetables and fruit-bearing vegetables can be cultivated in a space overlapped in a planar view, and yield per unit area of land can be increased compared to the case of cultivating only either one of leafy vegetables and fruit-bearing vegetables.SOLUTION: Provided is a vegetable cultivation apparatus 100 on which a leafy vegetable cultivation section A and a fruit-bearing vegetable cultivation section B are disposed, in which the leafy vegetable cultivation section A is equipped with: a vegetable cultivation rack 10 being an assembly formed by framing members； an insect proof net 12 which is laid to close the opening of the vegetable cultivation rack 10； a film 13 which is laid over the outer surface of the insect proof net 12 and provided so as to be windable by a film winding tool 15 attached to a bottom edge； and a pool which is installed on a pool-installing bed 10A on the vegetable cultivation rack 10 and which pools culture solution, and the fruit-bearing vegetable cultivation section B is equipped with: a fruit-bearing vegetable cultivation table 20 installed on an upper surface portion of the vegetable cultivation rack 10； and a culture medium 21 installed on the fruit-bearing vegetable cultivation table 20.【課題】葉物野菜と果実野菜とを平面的に重なる空間内で栽培することができて、葉物野菜と果実野菜のいずれかのみを栽培する場合に比べて土地の単位面積当たりの収量を上げ得る，野菜栽培設備、野菜栽培方法及び野菜栽培用ラックを提供する。【解決手段】葉物野菜栽培部Ａと果実野菜栽培部Ｂとが配設された野菜栽培設備１００であって、葉物野菜栽培部Ａは、骨材製組立体である野菜栽培用ラック１０と、野菜栽培用ラック１０にその開口部を閉塞する防虫ネット１２と、防虫ネット１２の外面に重ねられかつ下端に取り付けられたフィルム巻上具１５により巻上可能に設けられたフィルム１３と、野菜栽培用ラック１０のプール設置用ベッド１０Ａ上に設置され養液を溜めるプールとを備え、果実野菜栽培部Ｂは、野菜栽培用ラック１０の上面部上に設置された果実野菜栽培台２０と、果実野菜栽培台２０上に設置された培地２１と、を備えている。【選択図】図４
