PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed vegetable cultivating method easily obtaining mixed vegetables while retaining freshness of the mixed vegetables which are evenly mixed only through harvesting each cultivation tray after growing. SOLUTION: This mixing cultivating method of the mixed vegetables of different varieties comprises using a cultivation tray 1 which has many insertion parts aligned in length and width. The cultivating method comprises sowing vegetable seeds of different varieties in the cultivation tray 1 in a vertical line or a transverse line, followed by growing, cutting off after growing vegetables, the grown vegetables from their leaf base parts in each tray 1 to harvest and obtain the mixed vegetables of different varieties. It is suitable to grow through arranging in each line or a mixed condition in the cultivation tray 1 and planting, a variety having a narrow leaf width and a thin leaf stalk, a variety having a wide leaf width and a short leaf stalk, a variety keeping harmful insects away, and a variety of easily containing harmful insects.
