To provide an apparatus for producing a recycled fiber from a mixture of a fiber and a highly water-absorbing polymer.SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a treatment tank 31 having a supply port 32 and an exhaust port 33, and a feed pump 21 connected with the supply port of the treatment tank via a piping.
