PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization device in which an operation pattern is set easily and precisely.SOLUTION: The sterilization device includes: a treatment tank 2 for housing an object to be treated a water feed means 3 for feeding water into the treatment tank a water discharge means 4 for discharging water from the treatment tank a heating means 9 for heating the water stored in the treatment tank or the circulation water between the treatment tank and the heating means a pressurizing means 5 for pressurizing the inside of the treatment tank an evacuating means 6 for evacuating the air from the inside of the treatment tank and a controller 34 as a control means 12 for controlling above-mentioned means. The controller 34 is connected to a card reader 38 for reading the information of a card 40 and to a setter 39 so that the above-mentioned means are operated on the basis of such the coincident content that the set content of the setter 39 coincides with that of the card reader 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
