PURPOSE: A buoy for the cultivation of marine products and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the hardness of a buoy. CONSTITUTION: A buoy for the cultivation of marine products comprises a bag extruding device(10), a bag molding device(20), a radiation cross-linking device(30), and a stretching unit(40). The bag extruding device supplies synthetic resin and extrudes a bag. The bag molding device supplies air inside a bag and molds the bag in the shape of a cylinder. The radiation cross-linking device radiates ultraviolet rays or infrared rays and improves chemical and mechanical properties. The stretching unit supplies a bag to the radiation cross-linking device and stretches the length and diameter of the bag.본 발명은 수산양식용 부표 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 스치로폼 또는 합성수지로 이루어진 외경을 따라서 압출성형한 봉지를 조사가교한 후 연신시켜 가열에 의해 일체형으로 성형되는 수산양식용 부표 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 스치로폼(61)과 공간(66)을 갖는 몸체(65)의 양쪽에 홈부(62)를 형성하여 결속 선(63)을 결합하여 사용하는 수산양식용 부표에 있어서,2겹으로 압출하여 성형하고 조사 가교한 후 20～30% 연신시켜 성형한 봉지(50)를 상기 스치로폼(61)과 공간(66)을 갖는 몸체(65)의 외경에 씌워 가열에 의해 일체형이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
