PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of a molded article using a sterilizing resin and a molded article manufactured by the same are provided to use the molded article for various fields by having the molded article which contains a sterilizing master batch or a sterilizing compound. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of a molded article using a sterilizing resin is as follows: A sterilizing material(10), which is one of a sterilizing master batch, a resin mixture, and a sterilizing compound, is prepared. The prepared sterilizing material and a molding resin are injected into the hopper of an injection molding machine. The injected sterilizing material and the molding resin are injection-molded.본 발명은 일정한 배합비율로 조성된 살균재료 또는 살균컴파운드를 사출성형기의 호퍼에 사출용 수지와 함께 주입하여 사출품을 제조함에 따라 다양한 분야에 접목함과 동시에 살균 및 항균 작용을 하여 세균으로 인한 감염을 방지할 수 있는 살균용 레진을 이용한 사출품 제조 공정 및 이에 의해 제조된 사출품에 관한 것이다.또한, 본 발명은 웰빙용 가전제품, 식품 포장재, 식품용기, 유아 용품, 도마 화장품 용기, 의료용구 및 차량 내장재 등 다양한 분야에 광범위하게 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차량 내장재에 적용되는 경우, 살균 및 항균 작용에 의해 차량 내부의 세균이 서식할 수 없는 위생환경을 조성하여 운전자가 쾌적한 환경에서 운전할 수 있는 살균용 레진을 이용한 사출품 제조 공정 및 이에 의해 제조된 사출품을 제공한다.
