PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tablets quickly disintegrating in oral cavity, the method having a process not requiring a usual compacting machine, a special device, and a special equipment and the tablets having sufficient tablet strength without causing shakes or cracks during tablet production and without causing shakes or cracks during transportation, having excellent disintegrating properties causing disintegration in oral cavity in a short time, and having a texture free from ashiness or bitterness in oral cavity.SOLUTION: The method for producing tablets quickly disintegrating in oral cavity and having a shortened disintegration time comprises granulating a sugar, an inorganic powder and a disintegrating agent in the presence of water to form particles, compression-molding a mixture consisting of the particles, an active ingredient, a lubricant and an additive ingredient compoundable into a medical drug, and warming the compression-molded product without humidifying.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】錠剤製造時の割れや欠け、輸送時の割れや欠けが生じない充分な錠剤強度、口腔内で短時間に崩壊する優れた崩壊性、口腔内で粉っぽさや嫌味のない食感、並びに通常の圧縮成型機や特別な装置や設備を必要としない工程を兼ね備えた口腔内速崩壊錠の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】糖類、無機粉体及び崩壊剤を湿式造粒し、活性成分、滑沢剤、医薬品に配合可能な添加成分を混合して圧縮成型し、その圧縮成型物を加湿することなしで加温処理することにより、崩壊時間を短縮した口腔内速崩壊性製剤を製造することができる。【選択図】図1
