PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is excellent in familiarity to a skin, has less color dullness over time, and can remarkably improve cosmetic effect and cosmetic durability.SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic comprises the following components (a) and (b): (a) a cosmetic powder which is surface-treated with dimethiconol having a molecular weight of 300 to 200000 and aminosilane and (b) a cosmetic powder which is surface-treated with a fluorine compound.
