PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic powder which is excellent in adhesion to a skin and familiarity to the skin, and to provide a cosmetic containing the cosmetic powder.SOLUTION: The cosmetic powder of the present invention is surface-treated with dimethiconol having a molecular weight of 300 to 200000 and aminosilane. The compounding ratio of dimethiconol and aminosilane is preferably 100/5 to 100/25 (mass%).
