PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasteful rice cake including an ingredient, and having adjusted taste, flavor and crunchiness.SOLUTION: There is provided a rice cake to be eaten as a roasted rice cake obtained by roasting a refrigerated and hardened rice cake until it is charred.
