PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a liposome dispersion containing &ge10 wt.% of a fatty acid in a liposome film produced completely without using a solvent.SOLUTION: This fatty acid-containing liposome dispersion is obtained through (a) a process in which 100 pts.wt. of water and 0.2-16 pts.wt. of glycerol, and a phospholipid and a lysophospholipid are mixed and dispersed, (b) a subsequent process in which a fatty acid is dispersed to obtain a crude dispersion, and (c) a process in which the obtained crude dispersion is subjected to a liposome making treatment.
