PURPOSE: A culture medium composition for cultivating inonotus obliquus mycelia is provided to mass-produce the inonotus obliquus mycelia and protein-bound polysaccharide with the anti-cancer and anti-diabetic effect. CONSTITUTION: A culture medium composition for cultivating inonotus obliquus mycelia contains 22g of glucose, 30g of oil, 6g of casein, 0g of soytone peptone, 3g of KH2PO4(calcium hydrogen phosphate), and 1L of distilled water. The oil is oleic acid. The inonotus obliquus mycelia are passage cultured on an agar medium, static cultured on a static cultivation medium, and liquid cultured on a liquid medium.본 발명은 항-당뇨 효능을 보이는 차가버섯 (Inonotusobliquus) 유래 단백 다당체를 고농도로 생산하기 위한 차가버섯 균사체 고농도 생산용 액상배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 차가버섯 균사체의 배양 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 탄소원으로서의 효율이 높은 오일 또는 올레인산이 첨가된 차가버섯 액상 배양용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 균사체의 배양 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 종래의 차가버섯 균사체 액상 배지에 비해서 차가버섯 균사체 및 세포내 단백 다당체가 약 1.5 배 증가된 신규 산업용 액상 배지의 조성물이다.
