The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for culturing lactobacillus and a ginseng fruit fermented extract including the same. More specifically, provided is a culture medium composition for culturing lactobacillus, wherein the culture medium composition, with respect to the total weight of the culture medium composition or with respect to the total weight of the ginseng culture medium composition, comprises: 5 to 10 wt% of a ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) fruit culture medium composition, 0.5 to 1 wt% of a radish, 0.5 to 2 wt% of sodium chloride, 1 to 5 wt% of a yeast extract, 1 to 10 wt% of glucose, and a remaining amount of water. A culturing liquid may be used as a fermentation material, and the growth rate of a strain may be improved to a level equivalent to a conventional lactobacillus culturing chemical culture medium (MRS culture medium). Also, when a ginseng fruit fermented extract obtained by inoculating and culturing a lactobacillus strain in the culture medium composition according to the present invention is used as a food or a cosmetic composition, excellent skin antioxidative, whitening, anti-inflammatory, and wrinkle alleviating effects are ensured.본 발명은 락토바실러스 배양용 배지 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 인삼 열매 발효 추출물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 배지 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) 배지 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) 열매 추출물 5 내지 10중량%, Radish 0.5 내지 1중량%, 소디움클로라이드(Sodium chloride) 0.5 내지 2중량%, 효모 추출물(Yeast extract) 1 내지 5중량%, 글루코오스(Glucose) 1 내지 10중량% 및 나머지는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 락토바실러스 배양용 배지 조성물을 제공함으로써, 배양액 자체를 발효물로 이용할 수 있고, 기존의 락토바실러스 배양용 화학 배지(MRS 배지)와 동등 수준으로 균주의 생장율을 증진시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 배지 조성물에 락토바실러스 균주를 접종하고 배양하여 수득된 인삼 열매 발효 추출물을 식품 및 화장품 조성물로 적용 시 우수한 피부 항산화, 미백, 항염증 및 주름개선 효과를 부여할 수 있다.
