PURPOSE: A medium composition including medicinal herbs, potato starch, dextrose, and distilled water for cultivating Phellinus linteus mycelium is provided to increase the content of &beta；-glucan inside the Phellinus linteus extract. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition includes 5 ~ 20 weight% of herbal extract, 0.2 ~ 1 weight% of potato starch, 1 ~ 5 weight% of dextrose and 75-90 weight% of distilled water. The herbal extract is manufactured by boiling and extracting Astragalus membranaceus 200g, Artemisia princeps Pampan 200g, Angelica sinensis 200g, Mori Cortex Radicis 100g, and Acanthopanax sessiliflorus 100g.본 발명은 베타글루칸의 함량을 높인 상황버섯 균사체 배양용 배지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상황버섯 균사체를 한약재 추출물에 배양하여 베타글루칸 함량을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
