A method for testing foreign agents in a composition comprising at least one active agent, the method comprising: a) immunizing a non-human subject with a polynucleotide construct comprising a sequence encoding a polypeptide that forms at least a part of the agent active, in order to generate an antibody produced against the expression product of said polynucleotide construct, contacting the antibody thus generated with the composition comprising at least one active agent, in which the antibody specifically binds to the active agent , and b) determine the presence or absence of foreign agents in the composition after stage a) in an animal model, in which the active agent is neutralized or inactivated by antibody binding before stage b).Un método para ensayar agentes extraños en una composición que comprende al menos un agente activo, comprendiendo el método: a) inmunizar a un sujeto no humano con una construcción de polinucleótido que comprende una secuencia que codifica un polipéptido que forma al menos una parte del agente activo, con el fin de generar un anticuerpo producido frente al producto de expresión de dicha construcción de polinucleótido, poner en contacto el anticuerpo así generado con la composición que comprende al menos un agente activo, en el que el anticuerpo se une específicamente al agente activo, y b) determinar la presencia o ausencia de agentes extraños en la composición posteriormente a la etapa a) en un modelo animal, en el que el agente activo se neutraliza o inactiva por unión del anticuerpo antes de la etapa b).
