PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a frozen Sushi package which causes no change in color and no deterioration in taste each raw food material, causes no dripping or the like, and sufficiently preventing deterioration in product quality and freshness.SOLUTION: The method for producing a frozen Sushi package includes making Sushi composed of a rice mass and the raw food materials placed on the rice mass, freezing the Sushi while supplying electric waves transmitted in a direction perpendicular to those of magnetic lines in a magnetostatic field including unidirectional and almost uniform magnetostatic lines so as to obtain a frozen Sushi, placing the frozen Sushi in a container having an opening in its upper surface, covering the upper surface of the container with a heated thermoplastic film in a depressurized atmosphere, forming a recessed part having almost the same shape as that of the frozen Sushi on the thermoplastic film, and housing the frozen Sushi in the recessed part to be held at the top face of the frozen Sushi.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】長期間の冷凍保存後に解凍した場合も、生食材の色調の変化、味の劣化及びドリップ等が発生せず、品質及び鮮度の低下を十分に防止することができる冷凍寿司包装体を提供する。【解決手段】シャリ塊とシャリ塊上に配置された生食材とを含む寿司を調理し、一方向性で略均等な磁力線を含む静磁場内において磁力線の方向に対して略垂直な方向に伝播する電波を供給しながら寿司を冷凍して冷凍寿司を得、上面に開口を有する容器内に冷凍寿司を配置し、減圧雰囲気下、加熱した熱可塑性フィルムで容器の上面を覆い、熱可塑性フィルムに冷凍寿司の形状と略同一の形状の凹部を形成しかつ冷凍寿司を凹部に収容して上面に保持することにより、冷凍寿司包装体を製造する。【選択図】図1
