The invention relates to a process for making a frozen confectionery productcomprising the steps of: a) Providinga mould with a closed and an opened end in a refrigerated environment, b)Filling said mould with a liquid mix to form a shell, c)Removing the non-solidified liquid mix from the mould at least once, d)Pressure-filling the shell in the mould with a frozenconfection, e)Inserting a stick in the frozen confection, f) Removing theproduct from the mould and packing said product. In particularthe invention relates to such a process wherein inclusions may behomogeneously distributed in the liquid mix and/or in the frozenconfection and/or accumulated on the top of the frozen confection afterfilling the mould with the frozen confection. The inventionalso relates to a product obtainable by such process, as well as a moulded iceconfectionery stick bar.
