PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging system which can easily determine entering route of a puncture needle.SOLUTION: The medical imaging device includes an input part for performing an input indication to an object to be punctured in an MRI image, and a puncture possible part setting part 54 for searching and setting a puncture possible part in which puncture is applicable from the indicated object to be punctured in the input part to a body surface side.
