PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical hemostatic implement continuously stably applying sufficient pressure force to a punctured part of a hemostatic object person with a one-touch operation.SOLUTION: The lower face side and the upper face side of a base body 710 are integrally formed with a lower press body 720 and an upper press body through a hinge part, and this medical hemostatic implement is wholly formed in a nearly Z-shape in a side view. By pressing the lower press body 720 and the upper press body 730 in a direction in which the lower press body and the upper press body approach the base body 710, a latched part 733 is latched to a latch part 724 to lock the lower press body 720 to the base body 710 in a compression state, and a latched part 732 is latched to a latch part 713 to lock the upper press body 730 to the base body 710.
