The freezing point of the organic solution is higher than that of water and is lower than the room temperature. The lipid organic solution is applied to the holes of a hydrophobic support. The lipid of the lipid organic solution is self-aligned at the higher temperature than the freezing point of the organic solution. The lipid bilayer is formed. The freezing point of the organic solution is between 4 and 15 degrees Celsius.본 발명은 (a) 물보다 높은 어는점 및 상온보다는 낮은 어는점을 가지는 유기용액 및 지질을 혼합하여 지질 유기용액을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 지질 유기용액을 동공(hole)이 형성된 소수성 지지체의 동공에 도포하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 유기용액의 어는점보다 높은 온도에서 상기 동공에 도포된 지질 유기용액의 지질을 자가정렬시켜 지질 이중막을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 지질 이중막의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 소수성의 지지체에 지질 유기용액을 도포하고 얼린 상태의 즉, 지질 이중막이 만들어지기 전의 전구체 상태의 안정화된 장치를 이용하므로 이동성을 확보 할 수 있으므로 장소의 제한이 크지 않다. 또한, 기존의 지질 이중막의 제조 방법에서는 지질 이중막의 재건 방법이 특수한 기술을 요구하기 때문에 이 기술을 가지고 있는 숙련된 전문가가 필요 했지만 본 발명은 산업에 적용하는 자가 특별한 전문 기술이 없더라도 간단하게 산업에 바로 적용 할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 발명을 이용하면 현재의 기술 보다 더 저렴하게 만들 수 있고 산업 이용 분야에 따라 자가정렬의 방법의 시간과 지속 시간 등을 조절 할 수 있음으로 고효율의 장치에 적용 할 수 있다.
