PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid treatment device capable of appropriately annihilating pathogenic microbes of a soil-borne disease.SOLUTION: The waste liquid treatment device 3 treats waste liquid containing pathogenic microbes of a soil-borne disease, and the waste liquid treatment device 3 includes an annihilating treatment means 34 for annihilating the pathogenic microbes contained in the waste liquid. The annihilating treatment means 34 has a separation treatment means 38 for separating the pathogenic microbes from the waste liquid and annihilating the separated pathogenic microbes. The separation treatment means 38 includes a separation means for filtering the waste liquid and separating the pathogenic microbes, and a heating means for heating and annihilating the pathogenic microbes separated in the separation means.
