PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for safely and easily producing gas suitable for CA (Controlled Atmosphere) storage at low cost, and a storage system and a storage method using the storage gas.SOLUTION: A storage gas production system 10 for producing gas to be supplied to a storage house 80 for storing agricultural products or horticultural products in a fresh state includes: first supply means 14 for supplying raw material air in a compressed state to a first gas separation membrane 11 first separation means 21 for supplying the supplied raw material air to the first gas separation membrane 11 and obtaining a water vapor-enriched gas and water vapor-removed air second supply means 16 for supplying the water vapor-removed air to a second gas separation membrane 12 and second separation means 22 for separating the supplied water vapor-removed air into nitrogen-enriched gas and oxygen-enriched gas using the second gas separation membrane 12.
