PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which measures the amount of water component evaporating in the processes prior to rough rubbing, originally contained in tea leaves in a large amount of 100% or more on dry weight basis.SOLUTION: The supply amount of raw tea leaves is kept constant with a supply amount control device, and the flow rate of raw leaves is then measured. The measurement set value of a measurement pool disposed immediately in front of a batch-type rough rubbing machine and the residence time in the pool are measured. Alternatively the flow rate of tea leaves is measured with a measuring conveyor disposed immediately in front of a continuous-type rough rubbing machine. By means of the measurements, the flow rate of raw leaves when supplied and the flow rate of tea leaves immediately before the rough rubbing process are compared, so that the amount of water component evaporating in the period is measured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】乾量基準で100%以上という多量の水分を含んだ茶葉の水分であり、粗揉より前の工程で蒸発する水分の量を測ること。【解決手段】生葉供給量制御装置で供給量を一定にし、生葉流量を測定すると共に、回分粗揉機の直前に設けた計量プールの計量設定値と溜まる時間を測定するか、連続粗揉機の直前に計量コンベヤを設けて、茶葉流量を測定するという手段で、生葉供給時の生葉流量と粗揉工程直前の茶葉流量を比較し、その間に蒸発する水分を測定する。【選択図】図1
