PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of coping with demands of maple tea as a tea bag which allows maple tea beverage to be drunk easily, a raw material of maple tea for production of bottled beverage, or as a food additive, and capable of producing maple tea having excellent flavor and color coping with tea demand by processing of raw leaves of maple at short time, quickly and efficiently.SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: making the raw leaves of maple droop and then crushing the drooped raw leaves of maple. After the raw leaves of maple are crushed, the crushed raw leaves of maple are dried, or are frozen.
