PURPOSE: An anchovy boiling kettle is provided to prevent the overflow of water in a compartment by an external impact such as sailing or wave height, and to minimize heat loss.CONSTITUTION: A barrier wall(104) is formed to be relatively higher than a leading end of a main boy(101). An opening-and-closing door(110) is formed from each compartment(103) which is combined with a hinge axis at the front of a barrier wall. A handle(112) is created at an upper end terminal of the opening-and-closing door. A rack gear combined with an axis(121) is formed on the upper center of the opening-and-closing door. A penetration hole is formed at the upper center of blocking to penetrate the rack gear. An upper terminal of the rack gear is guided to the upper part of a supporting board(130) combined with an axis(131) at the rear part of the main body. A hydraulic motor(133) is combined to a motor anchor band(132) which is vertically formed on the side of the supporting board. A pinion gear(134) is combined to the axis of the hydraulic motor.
