PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube having a suction lumen which can easily suck and remove foreign matters such as phlegm even for a patient who is lying down.SOLUTION: A tracheal tube comprises a tube body where a tip end part and a base end part are connected to each other through a curved part, and a cuff attached on the outer peripheral surface of the tube body. A suction lumen extending along a center axis on the inner peripheral surface of the tube body communicates with the outward of the tube body through a suction port which penetrates from an inner wall opening formed on the inner wall of the suction lumen to an outer wall opening formed on the outer peripheral surface at a position on the side closer to the base end part than the cuff. If a plane including the center axis is a first virtual plane, the inner wall opening, on a cross section orthogonal to the center axis and including the inner wall opening, is formed on the side of a lower surface part with respect to a second virtual plane passing through the center axis on the cross section and orthogonal to the first virtual plane, and at a position which does not intersect the first virtual plane and the second virtual plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝ている状態の患者に対しても痰等の異物の吸引除去が容易な吸引用ルーメンを有する気管チューブを提供すること。
