PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry powdered beverage of leaf part of a root vegetable with a good flavor in which a specific flavor of the dry powdered beverage of the leaf part of the root vegetable is reduced.SOLUTION: A powdered beverage contains: (A) a dry powder of leaf part of a root vegetable and (B) one or more kinds chosen among from a whole-rice tea extract, a roasted green tea extract and a powdered tea. Another powdered beverage further contains (C) maltodextrin in addition to the (A) and (B).
