The present invention relates to a machine for roasting the litti which is a roasted gram powder along with masala stuffed into small round balls of flour dough. The present invention also relates to a operation of the machine by means of battery or electricity or sun light. It also relates to machine used for roasting the barbeque and for evaporating the ilk for producing khoya by changing the rotational axis. The present machine comprises of a heat source cabin with the energy source, heat enclosure (2) , motion system (3) , gear assembly (5) , inlet (1) and outlet (7). There is a chimney (8) just above the outlet of litti to facilitate the uniform heating along the path of litti travel and exit of air.
