The linkage device is connected with the hand control drive device and the clutch device so that the hand control drive device can be operated by a single hand of the user to drive, via the linkage device, the clutch device so as to drive the big wheels to perform forward or backward movements. The user can control the steering device with a single foot in order to drive the steering wheels for direction change. Thus, the wheelchair of the present invention allows for easy operations by hemiplegia users.
