PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing aloevera water that is preservable for a long period of time and has a little smell.
SOLUTION: The method for producing aloevera water comprises seven processes of a first cleaning process (S1) of cleaning the surfaces of green leaves of aloevera with a sodium hypochlorite solution, a flesh taking-out process (S2) of removing skins from the cleaned green leaves and taking out flesh, a second cleaning process (S3) of cleaning the flesh so as to remove aloin from the flesh, a grinding process (S4) of grinding the flesh from which aloin is removed, a filtrate purification process (S5) of filtering the ground flesh and purifying the filtrate, a heat sterilization process (S6) of heating the filtrate at a fixed temperature for a predetermined time and a distillation process (S7) of distilling a heat sterilized filtrate under a low pressure at a low temperature.
