Disclosed is a method for removing the smell of a hair permanent agent using an oxidizing agent for a hair perm containing hydrogen water during a hair perm process. The present invention provides a method of rapidly removing the smell of a hair permanent agent remaining on hair after a hair perm treatment by treating the air with an oxidizing agent for a hair perm containing hydrogen water during a hair perm process.
