The present invention relates to fish tongs for fishing, and, more specifically, to pistol-type fish tongs for fishing, which is easy to use while providing strong grip, and has a simple composition, thereby manufacturing and distributing at an inexpensive cost. The fish tongs for fishing of the present invention comprises a body composed by combination of case members divided into the front and the back so as to form a grip unit at the rear lower part； an operating groove formed in the horizontal direction to face within the case members； an operating unit combined to the operating groove, and having a trigger exposed in front of the grip unit of the body as one body and exposed through a trigger operating hole formed in the case members； an operation guide pin inserted into the operating unit in the state that the rear end is fixated to a fixating groove formed in the rear end body of the operating groove； a compressed spring interposed into the operation guide pin and elastically supporting the operating unit； an upper finger and a lower finger installed at the upper part and the lower part of the upper end of the body, and having gripping projections on the upper end of a fish insertion groove, wherein the upper finger is fixated to the body with two pins, and the lower finger is fixated to the body with one pin to be rotatable. The lower finger has a rotation operating unit having a long operation hole in a ㄱ shape under the pin fixating the lower finger, which is inserted into a coupling groove formed on the front end of the operating unit.
