PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care tool of the back, enabling performing fine operation which a user demands, without applying large burden to the arm, and usable in a wide usage.SOLUTION: There are included a handle 1, an action part 2 and a grip part 3. The action part 2 is attached to a tip side in the longitudinal direction of the handle 1, and the grip part 3 is provided in a position separated from the action part 2 of the handle 1. Handles 3a, 3b, and 3c projecting from one side part 11 and the other side part 12 of the handle 1 are included.
