PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome situations that conventional dripping of grilled meat is a seasoning only for seasoning and has no effect of tenderizing meats, there is also means for adding chemicals or the like because alkali has effects for tenderizing meats, but impression by consumers for the means is bad and it is not yet get to be established.SOLUTION: Same effect is provided by supplying an alkali component which tenderizes meat with using a component contained in natural hot spring (suitable for drinking) as with adding chemicals or the like.
